World Wine Tourism Day is celebrated by wineries in the Peloponnese
The Wine Producers Association of the Vineyards of the Peloponnese (ENOAP) actively participates in the celebration of World Wine Tourism Day, on Sunday, November 9, 2025, inviting the public to get to know the world of wine up close and live a complete experience of taste, hospitality and discovery.
From Nemea and Mantineia to Achaia, Ilia, Argolida and Laconia, the vineyards of the Peloponnese come alive and the visiting wineries open their doors from 11:00 to 17:00 in the afternoon, to welcome their companions. a day dedicated to wine and its people.
Young people will have the opportunity to tour the production, maturation and aging areas, taste wines from this year's vintage as well as older vintages, meet the producers and enjoy local products in an environment of authentic Peloponnesian hospitality.
The celebration is attended by ENOAP member wineries from all the wine-producing regions of the Peloponnese:
Achaia: Mega Spileo Estate, Achaia Clauss, Antonopoulo Estate
Ilia: Merkouri Estate, Olympia Gi Estate, Abelon by Brintziki Estate, Drouvas Winery
Argolis: Skoura Estate, Papantoni Winery
Arcadia: Tselepos Estate, Panagopoulos Estate
Corinthia: Palivou Estate, Bairaktari Estate, Semeli, Boumpas Wines, Nikolaou Estate, Brafaka Estate, Nikolas Repanis
The World Wine Tourism Day, which was established in 2009 as the European Wine Tourism Day and has been celebrated worldwide since 2019, is an open invitation to the public to experience the magic of wine, to accompany the winemaking process and to experience the hospitality and culture that permeates every sip.
